Combi car seat

I think I am going to get the Combi Connection car seat to use with the City Savvy stroller (my lightweight travel stroller option). Does anyone know if this carseat could be used without a base? If not, who can recommend a car seat that works without a base and fits into a lightweight travel stroller? Thanks.

And this one is NICE without the base, too...the belt clips are VERY easy to see and use... I have one, and it is definitely my 'lightweight travel' seat (the base itself has a tricky belt path, post back if/when you need help with it, it's really not *intuitive* at all, IMO).
