Couple more car seat questions (RE: Evenflo AND a Booster ?)

Is the Evenflo Triumph a good car seat to use?
It has the foam, and it rated high in the Consumer Reports in 2005



Next question, what are the best car seats that you can use the 5pt harness until at least 65lbs?
We just ordered the SafeGuard (ouch) and need to buy a second car seat for our second car and do not want to spend that much money if possible.

I don't know much about the Trimuph, but do you have high seat backs or adjustable head rests?

If so you maybe able to use the Apex.

Do you need the seat to RF or just FF?

We have 2 evenflo triumphs and are pretty happy with them-
a few things to keep in mind
1- the seats are very heavy to lug around
2- wide seats- great for kids but hard to fit a lot of seats in for carpool

My kids seem to love them- easy to use with latch and good for rear and forward facing

It will be for rf until he hits the weight limit and then I will probably be wishing I bought a Britax

This will be going into a suv, so room isn't a issue
