ok title says it all - so did anyone ever figure out what colors the explorer is? what colors the iceberg is? and whats the name of the brown/orange one?

Thanks!

Looks like this baby is trying to make an early arrival, so I'm getting my ducks in a row just in case he/she is too small for the Decathlon ...

I know Notting Hill is charcoal plastic with a tannish plaid, if that's any help (I didn't care how bland it is, for $107 incl. shipping, lol). Iceberg has the orange stripe, explorer the red stripe, and the brownish-all-over is the BRU one... darn, what IS the name of that???

Someone DID describe the covers pretty well, it's probably a few pages back by now, though.

So? Early appearance? So far, I'm measuring a solid 35 weeks and this kid HURTS me! get your feet OUT of my ribs, little one! ;) My OB is very pro-induction, so I'll be able to go in a few days early if I want (you know, when my mom's here, lol... my other kids were both induced for the same reason, rofl!)

I used a coupon from www.couponsurfers.com that may have expired, but the base price is still uber-low at OSA http://www.onestepahead.com/product/85220/364757/117.html

We just bought the chicco keyfit iceberg carseat and stroller. It is black, gray with orange accent. The gray maybe checkered, if so it is so slight that it looks like a solid color. The brown and orange one is called Saraha.

Cheers!

Didn't someone else here say they just saw a silver and plum one at BRU? I haven't seen that one myself anywhere, but it sounded nice (just checked the website, and don't see it there, either). I have the Iceberg, which is the black, gray and orange.

I just saw a plum colored Keyfit at BRU 3 nights ago. It wasn't with the carseats though-- it was with one of the Chicco strollers and was sold as a travel system. I thought it was ugly though and much prefered the one with the orange piping I saw at USA Baby yesterday. USA Baby also had the one with red piping, but I have no idea what any of them are called.

Well I'm a full 30 weeks along, but have recently been put on strict bed rest AGAIN!
Can't these kids just give me a normal pregnancy!! LOL

But we had a hard time stopping labor this time, so I'm on super strict bed rest - with meds and all .... what a bummer!

So, we're stopping the meds at about 35 weeks. And thats when I'm expected to deliver. (Which is what happened both other times ...)
The baby will probably be fine. My other two are 36 weekers and they were fine with no problems.

So ... 5 shopping weeks left and the last time I went to our hurricane stricken BRU, they didn't have any out on display to play with! The other BRU did, but some couple was looking at it at the time and I forgot to go back to it ...

And so I called a few places and got a bunch of conflicting reports ... some say its gray/red or gray/orange, some say black/red and black/orange, some say blue ... some say brown ... one place told me it was green!

so ... I was thoroughly confused.

Thanks everyone for clearing it up for me, so I can get this sucker ordered already!

ps -

I got both the pink decathlon and tribecca decathlon ordered. FYI - the Tribecca is SOOOO ugly IRL!! LOL OK so its not THAT bad .. better than having a boring seat, but still ... its making me hope for a girl so I can use the pink one or hope for new fabrics for the DC .. SOON!!!! ;)

When I was at the stores this is what I found:

The Notting hill is the plaid one, this we know for sure. I believe it's like a tan/gray/lt. blue, but may be wrong since it's the only one I have not seen in person.

Iceberg was a dark charcoal gray that is a plastic type fabric with the Orange trim. The colors were nice but then I like orange. I just didn't like the fabric since I live in CA. and it would get hot.

Explorer was black with a tan (almost tweed) fabric in the insert with a red trim. The colors were "okay" but the fabric was softer than the Iceberg.

The Tan/brown one (Sahara) was at BRU in a travel system (only). The stroller was the heavier stroller (the Cortina). I'm not sure about the fabric since I didn't care for the stroller or the color I didn't check it out.

The new Plum/Silver color (couldn't find the color name anywhere) is also at BRU, but only in the store at this time. It is offered in a travel system with the C1 light weight stroller (only). It could be a BRU exclusive for now, I'm not really sure. I havn't found it anywhere else at this time. I happen to be looking for both pieces, so it works out for me. I personally don't think that the colors or fabric are ugly, but then it is all a matter of personal preference.

Hope this helps a bit.
