Hi, I currently have a couple of turbo boosters that I use for carpooling. I am looking for a backless booster that is more narrow at the back of the seat than the turbo-booster (does that make sense?). It is tough for DS and his friends to buckle the seat belt in one of the positions because the bottom of the seat is just a bit too wide!

Thanks for your help,

Jill

Look for an Evenflo Right Fit, they are finally on clearance prices on some websites...the huge cutouts and narrow back end make it quite easy to buckle compared to the Turbo. The Strolee McKinley is also quite narrow, but the armrests are kind of bulky...still, it's narrow and might work (????). I wish a backless Starriser were still available, that was a really nice narrow choice!

You can always get a Starriser and take the back off.... problem is the narrow setting is limited by the size of the child's behind - at about 6-7 years old they have to have it on the widest setting anyway.
