Marathon vs. Boulevard vs. Decathlon

Does the Boulevard or Decathlon have higher shoulder slots than the Marathon or are they all the same?

In other threads (and from my comparison of the all three at BRU) I would say that the Decathlon has top slots that are slightly higher than those on the Marathon. The Boulevard (at the highest slot height setting you can turn the knob to) seems to match the Decathlon.
