FF roundabout...latch or seat belt???

I just bought a new minivan. My old car didn't have latch, so this wasn't an issue. I thought I read somewhere that the RA got better safety ratings when the seatbelt was used as opposed to latch? What's the best way to install? I will be using the tether.

Try both, which ever way gets the best/tightest install is the one you should do.
