I was told they would need to see the FAA sticker for the seat to be used on the plane. I see a sticker that says it is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft. This sticker is by the manufacturer. Is that all that is needed? I don't see any sticker that says FAA on it anywhere.
Just don't want to run into issues on the trip.

I have flown several times with my Evenflo Chase which doesn't have a sticker on it. I was never asked for anything. (I was asked twice to see the sticker with an infant seat.) I just took the instruction manual in my carry-on (I was afraid it might fall off if I left it in the clip on the seat) and had it opened up to the "aircraft approved" part and hilighted it. I think that as long as you have a normal looking seat they might not ask.

Yep, that's the sticker.

I have flown many times with my kids and have never been asked to see the car seat. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you know it is FAA approved.
