View Full Version : Frustration !!! Sit n" Stroll Triple Play Carseat

We travelled with the Sit N' Stroll carseat in September 2005. We lost the top tether of the Sit N' Stroll at the airport. So, we promptly called Triple Play (maker of Sit N' Stroll) when we got back. We paid for the replacement part and shipping but they sent the wrong piece. We called again immediately and they promised to send the right piece with a postage paid return envelope to send the wrong piece back. We waited a month but heard nothing from them. We sent them numerous emails and called more than 20 times since and they kept promising to send the replacement part. We are at our wits end. It's already end of March 2006 (almost 6 months of frustration trying). Does anybody out there know how to get the company to respond and act on this? We have to warn others about purchasing anything from this company because it is almost impossible to get replacement parts should you lose or damage any. It seems like safety is NOT their number 1 concern given that they are the manufacturer of safety carseat!

Well, a quick complaint to the Better Business Bureau does wonders! We finally got the replacement part mailed to us overnight. We hope nobody else has to go through this. Anyways, I hope the company should be more responsive to things like this as it deals with safety of kids.
