It happened...who has BTDT?

So, after a wonderful afternoon at Grammie and Grampy's Liv threw up all over her Marathon. Bleckkkkkkkkk.
It was a mixture of hommus and cheese. Blecckkkkkkkk.
My DH got a lot of it up, but there are crevices all over this thing.
Any ideas on how to get it really clean? And get rid of the stench?

I took mine out in the driveway & hosed it down. Took off all the straps & washed them with a dish soap solution & a tooth brush. Then took a toothbrush to all the crevices I could find. It did the job pretty well. There's also some smell remover (like for pets or something) that's supposed to work really well. I never got it but maybe someone else will chime in & mention it. I keep meaning to pick some up for these kind of "emergencies" but keep forgetting. Good luck.
