Foldable luggage cart with carseat

I love the idea of the GoGo Kidz, but it only works with Britax seats. I have a Sunshine Kids Radian and a Touriva. Has anybody tried to use a foldable luggage cart with their carseat and accomplish the same thing as the GoGo Kidz?

What timing! I was just thinking the same thing yesterday, except I have a Britax seat. I would much rather pay $40 for a heavy duty luggage cart, and be able to use it for other things, than $80 on a GoGo Kidz which is a single purpose item. I don't care about being able to transport DD using it, just the seat.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
