Since their feet obviously start to hit the back of the seat as they get taller, is there something on the market that protects the seat from dirty shoes? I am so lucky to have light grey upholstery. :P

TIA!

I saw these on Amazon the other day:

Reviews seem to be mixed!

If it is a capitans chair you could just put an old shirt over the back of the seat. If it is not you could put a towel. We never found it to be a huge problem when avi was RF, if his shoes were dirty we would take them off before getting into the car.

Yes, the product is called, "Mom" ;). You get to pick them up when you see a puddle or mud of any kind anywhere near your car, and whip those shoes right off if you weren't quick enough to prevent a tromp through it <giggle>.

Seriously, if you have captain's chairs or a split-fold seat (I think..check the mechanism in the fold), the t-shirt is perfect. Or a handtowel held in place by making holes through it and using the headrest to hold it up...you have a few years to be creative ;)
