I just bought a Marathon for my 6 month old and installed it RF in our 2003 Ford Expedition yesterday. I put it in the middle of the second row seat, installed with LATCH. I haven't tethered it yet, because I'm not sure where to attach it. There is a hook underneath of this seat, at the rear. Does anyone know if can I run the tether down under the seat and catch that hook, or should I anchor it to either one of the legs on the second row seat or one of the legs of the front row seats?

Thanks so much!!

Look more towards the front of the car, like for rear legs of the front passenger or driver's seats, and you can tie the Tether Connector strap around one of those and clip the tether to it, then just tighten enough to take the slack out of the tether.
I think it'll look like the 2001 Escape picture on this page... http://www.angelfire.com/wa3/isakswings/ratetherrf.html (scroll down).

I'm not sure about that specific vehicle, I'm sure someone will chime in, but this site is great for Britax RF tether info.
