i am sure the loyal britax users out there already know this, but i just had such a great experience with their CS. i picked up a DC on clearance at BRU this past weekend for DH car and it was missing the belly pad (floor model in otherwise perfect shape). i was just going to order one off of the website and pay the $8.99, but i couldn't find the BRU exclusive Odyssey color - so i called - he took the info from the seat and said "i'll get that right out in the mail to you." he asked if there was anything else i needed, and i said no, but don't you need my visa? and low and behold he said NO- they are sending it for free :)!!! so i guess you get even more for the added expense of these seats than the great safety and ease of use :).
