A friend is thinking of getting this for her 2 year old who is outgrowing his current seat (not sure of the model - it's an old one). He's outgrowing it b/c of height, not weight, and she'd like to check it out in person to make sure it fits before she buys.

Or, any online sites that have easy return policies?
