HELP-Milkshake spill on my MA

Someone please help me! I made the HUGE mistake of giving my DD some of my vanilla blended cream drink which she proceeded to spill on the straps of her Marathon. x(

I have tried EVERYTHING to get this smell out, but nothing is working. Because I cannot remove the straps to soak them, I am at a complete loss.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried Nature's Miracle? Its pretty good with most odors. Its available at pet stores.

You can remove the strap harness. DD vomited on hers, so I removed it and soaked it in Natures' Miracle then laid it out on our basement floor to dry for about a day or so. Then I washed it with plain soap and water and let it dry again for a day. There was no smell after that, but we had to only use DHs car for the weekend.

A new harness is only $12 from Britax (if you need the buckle too it is an additional $10).

You're not suposed to soak the harness.

It can cause it to weaken and fail in an accident!

I'd just buy a new one! :)

And yeah, you don't want to soak the harness anyway ...
