We need the parts to put in tether anchors for FF installation.

Hmmm...should have that memorized... I DO know off the top of my head that Honda calls it a "Plate Assembly" and they are the exact same part for every Honda... I'll stumble in to the office and look it up if no one beats me to it (but I've bought three of them just walking in and asking for a top tether anchor for a child seat, and 'plat assembly' if the kid working there is 16 and has never seen a car seat, lol).

Are they easy to install myself, especially since the ones for my CR-V have to go in the ceiling? In my sister's Civic, I noticed three places where these anchors might go--left center and right--so should I get three for her?

They are fairly easy, but you need a torque wrench so that you don't strip the threads. If you don't have one, try AutoZone or another auto parts store as they usually have specialty tools to loan. You can put them in and hand tighten them and then just use the torque wrench in the parking lot - should take about 2 min.
