A Feb 2006 manufacture date? Ugh.

I just got my BV that I ordered from Baby Center's sale last week. It was man. in Feb. 06. Boy that seems like a long time ago. She doesn't need the seat for 2-3 months either, so we'll lose nearly a year. Should I return it and wait for something newer?

How much did you save? A year's worth? I'd take the regular cost and divide by 6 years. If I saved that much or more, I'd keep it. ;)

Unless you are planning on more kids and hope to pass it down? If she's currently in an infant seat, and likely to last there until she's 6-7 months, she probably won't fit in an MA for a full 6 years anyways.... Unless she's pretty small? I'll be thrilled if my DD lasts until she's 5 in her MA, past 6 years old just isn't gonna happen.

It's normally $300, so $50/year. I paid $246.75, so I guess it's about even! Thanks.

She's about 16 lbs at 4 months and has a couple inches to the top of the shell. I don't know what to expect in the future. DS is way taller than I ever thought he'd be at 2.5.
