What is a good alternate brand of carseat (need extra for sitter)... [Archive]

We just bought a Boulevard, and rather than speeding another $280.00 I would like to find a SAFE alternative to get as an extra car seat for our sitter. I have heard suggestions of the Cosco Scenera, does anyone know about Safety 1st, how reliable, easily installed they are? I would like to get an easy to install seat just so I know the sitter will be installing it correctly (full proof if you will).

Is there a cheaper model under the Britax Brand? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Fisher Price Safe Voyage Deluxe is actually a Britax, it's probably what I'd choose to be sure someone else uses it properly on every trip (the Scenera is great, I just think the FP is rather higher quality and will certainly last a couple years longer before your ds outgrows it).
