Info on Maxi Cosi Priori?

Does anyone know the top harness height on the Maxi Cosi Priori? I really like the recline feature and think it might be a good seat for us. DD is long and skinny so higher weight limits don't really matter to us. Elitecarseats.com says it's the "Graco of Europe" which I'm not so sure is the best way to market a seat, but I only hear good things about them. Is the padding nice? Easy to install?

The Graco of Europe?!?! ROFLMAO!!!! (they have a way with words, they once called the Alpha Omega 'pimped out' when my friend wrote to them about it, lol).

The old MC had tallish top slots, like 16.5, and was *incredibly* nice and easy to install and use, so I'd assume this new one is similar? I'm dying to get my hands on one!!!!
