I see that Babystyle has a $10 off of $30, but then they also charge a $15 surcharge for it (on top of the $99).

$89 at babies R us, www.albeebaby.com and www.babyuniverse.com don't charge shipping (I think...or low...). Babystyle is outrageous, usually.
