Have the SafeSeat 1...what next?

I have read all of the posts and recommendations, and still feel overwhelmed by the choices out there for the next step for DD, so I thought I would turn to the experts here.

DD is 1 y/o, 31 1/2 inches, and 22 lbs. We have a Subaru Forrester, and her SafeSeat is currently in the right rear passenger position. We've been very happy with the SafeSeat.

What do you recommend, given the kid and the car? I don't know if she'll continue to be tall, but we'd like to keep her RF as long as possible. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We just switched from the Safeseat 1 to the Britax Boulevard in our Subaru Forester. The Britax is a tight fit - I got it installed in the center, which works well, or I can install it behind the passenger, but the passenger seat must be pretty far forward (I can still sit there, though, and I'm 5'6").

Anyway, even though it's tight in the Forester, I really do love the Boulevard!
