I would like to get a carriage stroller or a stroller that has the reversible handle so you can see child facing you or outwards; however, I do not want to pay the price for the expensive italian models. I have seen that Baby Trend and Kolcraft have a model that is under $100. The Baby Trend seemed to have a better release system for changing the seat positions. Please help. I am open to any comments. Thanks!!
