Snap and go with Fisher Price SIV carrier?

DOes anyone know if these can be used together. I tried out the FP SIV today and just loved the strap. How often do you carry an infant carrier? The others feel so bulky and heavy empty. I wanted to get FP with Combi 6610 but I hear they don't fit.
Help please
