Help! I need a stroller with a big basket. I have been spoiled by the huge basket in my Kolcraft Universal Car Seat Carrier. None of the regular strollers have a basket this big, or this accessible. Any ideas?

I also use the kolcraft, basket is great. We have alot of room in our Peg Perego Atlantico stroller. It is also has a nice support under the basket so it doesn't drag. I noticed the Peg Perego Pliko basket is made of just mesh, so I'd be afraid to put too much in it. Good luck

The basket on my Chicco is very similar to that on the Pliko. I have stuffed it VERY full, especially when traveling, with no problems. Stuff away!

I have a Chicco Deluxe 2002 ($80 on clearance at BRU). It is very similar to a Peg Pliko in type, size and shape (but it steers better). I took it on a trip to Vancouver recently and I was able to fit: a small cooler (the size that holds 2 bottles), an umbrella, rainshield, jackets (for me and Sarah), a couple guide books, and some other small random things. If I bought anything, I hung it from the umbrella handles. I put my diaper bag over the handles. It was great. So it isn't a large basket, but a lot fits.

I haven't been to BRU for a long time. But when I was there, I saw a Century stroller being clearanced out with the hugest basket I have ever seen. I was awestruck. It also was rounded and stuck way out, so it was easily accesible.

I don't know anything about the stroller other than that. But if all you are really after is a big basket, then you are lucky. Just go to BRU and try out a bunch. Especially the Kolcrafts, since you like that model.:)

They both have 5 point harnesses too (an awesome feature for infant acrobats!

Kath, you're brilliant! That second one was it! The Sedona. Nice looking stroller, too. Tho pretty big and bulky, but the most amazing basket I have ever seen!

That sedona weighs 30 lbs!!!!! I guess it's just time to downsize my diaper bag and carry more on my shoulders... :)
