Opinions On Zoopers-Esp. The Zooper Double Up

I have a dd who will be 17 months when her little sister arrives in May. I am looking for a decent double stroller and saw the Zooper Double Up at a decent price. I already have a single Graco stroller-part of a travel system-and what can I say? I don't want to go the cheap route again-has anyone heard anything about the Zooper Double Up or about Zoopers in general? Kindly advise:)

There's been lots posted on Zoopers lately - try doing a search on this board for some reviews. I even remember seeing some comments about the double up!
