I found a diaper bag (on sale :)) at Gymboree. It's generally navy, but has lighter blue and white accents/trim. It's overall size is rather large, but narrow. Doesn't look too "diaper-bagish". It has tons of pockets. I am not sure if I am going to love it, because I was looking for a medium to small diaper bag/back pak type-- but there were so many pockets and compartments that I thought I would give it a try.
