Just got a Hip Hammock - need help wearing it

Hi,

I just got a hip hammock for my almost 1 year old. She really likes it, maybe it has something to do with the fact she practically lived in the baby bjorn on me for 6 months. I don't think that I have the adjustments right. The shoulder strap keeps sliding into my neck instead of staying put. Do I have it too tight? too loose? I had it very tight around my waist.

I have it a little lower than my actual waistline and I find that helps my with the shoulder strap.
