2003 Mac Quest & Techno

Do both these models come with the rain shield attached to the hood?

I just ordered a quest, but did look at both....they both come with rain covers/sheilds that are seperate (you can leave it in the basket underneath). They both have a canopy, and the techno has a little plastic visor that hangs off of it.
