What's the website to find a technician to install carseats?

I want to make sure my carseats are in right. I used to have a website where you could find someone to install seats but I cannot find it. Anyone have it?

Also, we got a list from our local BRU that listed mostly fire stations that would install for free. You did need an appt. so we did call ahead.
