Kingston from Heritage Classics?

I just got a fairly new pram/stroller from a friend, a Kingston from Heritage Classics. The only thing that I found not so nice about it, is that the handlebar is to low, so I kick the brake while walking and it has a fairly narrow seat. Has anyone some input on weather or not it's a good and safe stroller? Are there any reviews anywhere or recalls. I hardly can find any information on it!
