View Full Version : Are Plikos good on crumbly sidewalks / steer OK 1-handed?

The sidewalks in my neighborhood are in bad shape and I'd also like a stroller I can take in the park. Think a Pliko would be good?
Also, I read somewhere on this site that they don't steer well one-handed. Have you found that to be true?
I have an Evenflo Featherlite Premier but my 4-month-old son keeps slumping over in it, and although it steers like a dream and is lightweight with a one-hand fold, I am afraid it might not hold up. During a test ride at BRU he seemed to like the Pliko. I didn't buy it originally b/c it seemed too hard to fold, but after a few tries, I seem to be getting the hang of it.
Thanks!

My Pliko works fine on broken sidewalks. I would look at the new P3 Pliko. It steers much better one handed.

The P3 steered easily in the store with one hand (no baby to test drive). The tires are larger than the PlikoMatic's. About the same size as the Zippy's. I'm guessing it should handle the outdoors really well.
