Snack tray for Pliko?

I've been out of the stroller loop for a while (it was just getting WAY too tempting! :)) and I can't remember if you can buy a snack tray that attaches to a Pliko. I think mine is 2001, but it MIGHT be a 2000. I know that the napper bar comes off if that helps at all.

The snack tray unfortunately is only workable on the models made after march 2002.
