Zippy and Snugride

Is it user error, or can you fit the Snugride on the Zippy and still use the canopy? I keep forgetting to call Customer Service during their business hours (I am in a different time zone.)

Still hoping to be able to use it this week!

Yes, you can fit an infant carseat carrier (including the Snugride) on the Zippy and still use the canopy. My guess is that you have attached your canopy too low on the Zippy's main slanted tubing. It goes over a section with a bolt. There has been alot of confusion on how to attach the Zippy's canopy properly.

If you need more help, I can always take a picture of our Zippy's canopy and the infant carseat carrier we use.
