Directions for the Ergo carrier?

Anyone know of any links where I can find out how to put an Ergo carrier on?

Is it possible to do it by yourself?

I don't think they are shown on any site online. But you can do it by yourself, but it will take a couple of tries and do it in front of the mirror or by a bed the first few times until you get confident.

The Ergo does come with instructions and pictures which are pretty easy to follow.
