How is it? My sister has been looking for something inexpensive that will work for walking, light jogging and occasional trips to places like zoos and outdoor events, and will be using it on sidewalks, beach, occasional dirt/gravel path with a 30lb 2 year old and 45lb 4 year old. She doesn't want to spend more than 150, and found this right around that price mark. Thoughts? Would it work? How are its other features (baskets, brakes, sun canopy, harnesses, recline, tires, etc)? How is it for steering?
