Are they still making the Safetech joggers?

I'm looking for the double Safetech jogging stroller with the swivel front wheel. I'd seen a few on eBay but couldn't decide about them. Then I saw the great reviews here but now I can't find them anywhere! Are they the same (or pretty similar) to the InStep Safaris?
