I LOVE my new zStreet, BUT....
I noticed the front left wheel was "dragging" sometimes, & not
touching the ground at others.
I called Zooper last week...they were VERY nice!
They told me to remove all the wheels & check the frame.
Sure enough, the part that goes into the left front wheel doesn't
touch the ground. AND, my husband & I also noticed that the left
front wheel is really stiff & doesn't rotate easily. Upon further
inspection we noticed the right front wheel ALSO has this
problem..but not as bad.
As I was putting the wheels back on...I discovered a big dent in the
frame under the basket!!!
So, of course by this time I was checking it over like crazy!
After I reassembled it & folded it up...I noticed that the rear
wheels seemed "pidgeon toed". With the stroller folded the back
wheels
aren't parallel to each other...but I don't know if they should be
or not (anyone else with a zStreet have the answer to that??)
Anyway, I'm really sad. I LOVE the stroller...& it looks like there
are no more of the Midnight color left on ebay (at least not for the
great low price I got :-()
I need to call Zooper back tomorrow & report what I found....I don't
know what they could possibly do with this many issues, but...I
guess we'll see.
My bad luck :-(

ETA:
Okay,
I don't have a dent in my frame (thank goodness!)
The "bend" is supposed to be there (thanks to Priscilla for emailing
me with this info!!)
As far as the other problems....hopefully Zooper cs can help me out
tomorrow!

Tell us how it goes with Zooper customer service- I had a great experience with them so I am hopeful that you will too!

I thought that my frame was bent, too, when I first got mine over a year ago and wanted a new one until I realized that it was supposed to be that way! :)
Also, no my wheels are not 'pigeon toed' and they all touch the ground ... I'm sure they'll fix that problem for you. Zooper Customer Service is excellent and you shouldn't have any problems getting your Zstreet fixed!

Also, www.kidstockmontana.com has the navy (midnight) Zstreets for $149 and free shipping ... maybe not as good of a deal as what you paid on Ebay ... but still not a bad price.

Good Luck!
