I need to get a double stroller for outdoor use. I was going to head up to Baby Outfitters in the next couple weeks to check out the Valco Twin and the MBUD. But now I've gotten wind of the ABC so I want to throw that in the mix.

Can anyone give me the dish on how these strollers stack up against each other? TIA!

Allison,

Someone here has both the MBUD and the Valco Twin and did a comparison of them. Here are two discussions that I found helpful:

I actually just checked out the MBUD and Valco Twin yesterday, so could do a side by side comparison. What I really liked about the Valco is that it's got the bumper bar, the handle seems higher than the MBUD (but it's probably just an angle issue b/c SbS it seems the same), it's plusher than the MBUD, and it's got parent pockets! But the fold stinks. It flat-out stinks. It isn't very compact and it requires multiple steps; I think it would be hard to do with 2 kids. What the MBUD has going for it is that it's got universal appeal and acceptance, and an easy fold. Obviously, both the MBUD and the Valco Twin have positives and negatives that I haven't listed here -- these are just what was important to me. From what I've gathered, the ABC seems to combine the best of both the Valco Twin and the MBUD -- it's plusher, it has the easy fold, it has the bumper bar, and it can take the extra toddler seat.
