Maclaren dummy...where do you tie the ties at the top of the cosytoes?

The cosytoes thing is SO cute! Anyway I see two sets of ties at the top of this thing, but I can't figure out what to tie them onto! I assumed the stroller bar frame, but when I recline the seat, it pulls on the cosytoes. So, that doesn't work. Please tell this Mac dummy where to tie those strings!
