Help- looking for a double jogging stroller

I need to get a double jogging stroller for a newborn (now but I know he wont be forever) and a toddler (2yr) what is the best I should get and why. I am seriously looking at the kiwi e3, but dont want to break the bank on that one if there is another one better, or just as good but cheaper. I am not a runner just a fast walker, and I don't have a minivan so it cant be huge.
