How do you get fabric off Pliko to clean?

DD was sick a couple of days ago -all over herself and the stroller. I have a 2003 pliko matic. I have gotten the seat off everywhere except the side arms. I can't fiqure how to do it. The directions say to follow the arrows. I do not see any arrows. Any advice?
