I came across this link that is a exercise program for Moms who need/want to bring baby along. They picture strollers being used so it made me think of this board. It sounds interesting but there's none in my area. Here's link http://www.babybootcamp.com/

Thanks for posting! I should have posted long ago.
I LOVE baby boot camp. It started in my area, but it is nationwide now.
FYI, you do NOT need a jogging stroller to do it. I used a UCSC/Snugride when Jazz was little. Others use P3s, Bugaboos, Mtn Buggies. Some have "real joggers," too, but definitely not a necessity!
First class is free!

I was looking for something like this as well. I am going to contact them to see if we can start one in my area - currently there is none. Wish me luck!

Colleen-
Good luck! Kristen, the founder, is great. I assume that is who you'd speak with about starting in your area. She is a true inspiration. It's really a phenomenal way to stay in shape with baby. Better than any childcare at a gym!

I do a similar class called StrollerRobics at my local YMCA. Its indoors in the winter (in a gymnasium) and outside (on the rooftop track) in the summer. We use resistance bands, weighted balls, weighted bars, do ab/pilates work, as well as cardio drills. There are all different types of strollers, from car seat strollers to MBUS, Dreamer Designs, Chariot, LuvNCare, e3, Bugaboo, Pegs as well as a selection of Graco & Evenflo.

If you are in NYC or Austin, TX check out www.strollercize.com
I've been doing it in the park with first our Dreamer Design and now our MBUD for about 2 years (short break to have #2).
I love exercising with my kids! And talk about a workout! I was in better shape right before having #2 than I was for my wedding!
Folks use a whole variety of strollers from UCSC to MBUS/D to joggers to lots of Bugaboos now adn just about everything in between.
We are always talking about different strollers! waiting to see an Xplory at class one day!

It says the first class is free but it does not say what the normal fee is. Maybe in the fall when the girls are back in school and the baby is about 5 months-old, this would be a fun thing to do! I need to put my MBUS to good use! ;)

Check out the website for each specific location. Prices seemed to vary upon location. Scroll down. It gets cheaper if you sign up for more classes.

Lauren - There is a link for the cost of classes once you click on your location. In my area they are $12. They also have passes for certain numbers of classes that make it cheaper.

This would be great to do, but as usual, there are no classes on Saturday in my area, or in most of the areas. Since I work full time during the week, I hate to spend too much away from DS. This would have been the perfect way to get some exercise, meet people AND spend time with him. Oh well!

They JUST started a Saturday class in San Francisco. They are constantly looking to expand (a very proactive, pro-mama company). I bet if you wrote and said you'd like a Saturday class, they've heard it before and are just waiting to see if they could fill a Saturday class in your area. Worth a try.
