Bugaboo seat won't come off help!

I got my new bugaboo today.I tried putting on the seat for the first time and it won't come out! I have tried everything including pushing the white buttons .I called the bugaboo company and they are sending me a new frame but i am surprised.! is this worth 1000$?? I have spent 2 hrs on it and the seat won't seperate from the frame!!.Can anyone help me?anyone else with this problem??

That seems odd, I've never had a problem getting my seat off.

Are you pushing the square white buttons, not the round? You push in both square white buttons at the same time and the seat pops up a little, then you just take it off.

the round white buttons are just for reclining the seat and the square white ones are for removing the seat.
