Which stroller has these features?

Hi, I am so overwhelmed by all the strollers out there. Here's what I'm looking for. Can anyone make a recommendation for me?

1. All terrain (pavement, dirt, sand etc.)
2. Will occasionally run with it on pavement(3 miles max)
3. Want to be able to steer one-handed (big doggy comes with us)
4. Want wheels that swivel and make the maneuverability easy
5. Would really like to have a storage area for stuff
6. Able to fold up and fit in an SUV

So, am I asking for the world or is there a stoller out there that sounds like this? Thank you in advance for any ideas. I'm so totally confused!

Another to consider: Bugaboo frog -- It's not considered a real jogging stroller, but I know plenty of people who use it for short jogs. Not sure about the storage on it.

I second the Mtn Buggy -- sounds nearly perfect for you.

The BOB mentioned by PP is called the Revolution. www.bobgear.com It has 16" rear wheels, while the Mtn Buggy's are 12"
