My friend ordered a Valco Runabout Twin from a local retailer in June and has not received it yet.
They are claiming that there were problems with Valco, but since they now have an 18 month old and a 6 month old, they are quite desperate for the strolled (and I'd really like to see it).
Can anyone recommend another online retailer who may have this in stock? She doesn't even care what color.
