Double stroller help

I have a 2 yr old and Im due in March. There are so many double strollers out there. I know i want a SBS. I also take the bus most places...and I live in Canada, where snow is here like 3/4 of the year...LOL
Im interested in the Ingelsina Twin Shift and wondering if anyone has any feedback about it.
