Were the seats wider than they are today? Specifically I'm looking at the Mac Vogue Duo from around 2000. I want a Mac double, but the new seats are narrow for my 2 yr.old. :)

I have a 2001 TT and the seats on mine seem more narrow on them than than now. My friend has a newer one and my guy seems to fit better in the new one.
