what's a good, lightweight stroller?

I'm looking for a good, durable, lightweight stroller that I can use both indoors and outdoors (city conditions). I considered either the Peg Perego Aria or the Combi Savvy Soho, but I read poor reviews for both. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I am on a budget and hope not to spend too much, unless I'm convinced the stroller is good and will last through the years. Thanks!

I don't have it yet, but I'm planning to get the Inglesina Swift based on recommendations from this board & also from Marilyn at www.arunningstroller.com. :)
