?? for a friend, Britax Preview

A friend of mine is 5 months pregnant with her first child and saw the Britax Preview stroller on Babystyle. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this stroller?? It looks comparable to a Zippy/P3/Zooper maybe. Takes the Companion car seat, which we will be loaning her since DD will be out of it soon. Here is the pic:
