Help w/ my Mac Quest please

I recently got a new 2004 Mac Quest (LOOOOVE it!!)...
but I seem to be having a little problem with it.
One of the "extenders" for the legrest seems a bit loose.
It frequently "slides back" a bit & then I need to re-extend it. Does anyone else have this problem with theirs??
Is there any way to tighten it?
I purchased it on Ebay...so it's not like I can exchange it.

I have a 2005 and mine doesn't do that, so I don't know how you'd fix it. I'm looking at it right now and can't figure out how one would "tighten" it. I'd call Maclaren cust service. It shouldn't matter where you bought it. Good luck!

My 2004 Quest doesn't do that. I would contact your Ebay seller to see what they can do about this problem...
